You are invited on Sunday, February 19th for an offering and eye-opening ceremony of my newly painted large-scale Buddha’s Nirvana. It took six years for me to complete the work. Please don't miss the chance to witness the moment in person.

2月19日日曜日、新作の涅槃図のお披露目と開眼法要のイベントが執り行われます。完成させるのに６年かかった作品です。この貴重な機会をお見逃しなく。

This event will take place on February 19th, 2023 at 11:00 am. at the Zenshu-ji Soto mission temple, a 100-year-old Zen Buddhist temple in the Art District of Los Angeles. In conjunction with the offering, the eye-opening ceremony, Kaigen-Hoyo Ceremony which is a traditional ceremony to consecrate a newly made Buddhist image by inserting the eyes thereby investing it with soul, will take place.

イベントは涅槃会の2月19日日曜日11時から、１００周年を迎えたロサンゼルスアートディストリクトの禅宗寺にて行われます。奉納と共に、この新作の涅槃図に魂を入れる開眼法要のセレモニーも執り行ないます。

COLA Exhibition

Currently, I'm working on a new large-scale painting (approx. 26ft x 8.5ft ) for the COLA exhibition starts on June 1st, 2023 at the Municipal Art Gallery.

6月からロサンゼルスの市営Municipal Art Galleryで展示されるCOLAの受賞展示会のための大作（約2.5m x 8m）も制作中です。
